Outstanding service and BEAUTIFUL arrangement. I called ahead to ask if what I saw in the pictures on the website will be what I actually get. Lyn promised me that she would be the one arranging them and said they would look just as pictured. She was right! I was ordering for the next day's delivery for a celebration of life ceremony and we couldn't have been happier with what Lyn delivered. Stunning! Thank you so much!

I received arrangements for Christmas, Valentine's day, and my mother's birthday (picture shown). Great customer service. The family loved their surprise arrangements. Decent prices for the value of what is received. 10/10 and I plan to order again for mother's day

It was the day before Valentine's Day and I needed an arrangement to give to my wife. I dropped by The Flower Petaler unannounced, with the hopes they could help. Lyn was incredible! In just a matter of minutes, she created the most beautiful arrangement with colors I requested at a VERY reasonable price. I'll definitely use their services anytime I have a floral need. I ordered an arrangement last minute to send to our grandmother. (Like last minute, at 5:30pm the night before when they close at 6pm.) I requested clean, elegant with whites greens and soft pinks- whatever flowers she had on hand would be great (some roses, hydrangea, etc). The flowers arrived promptly the next day. They ended up being much grander than I assumed they'd be and were loved by everyone who saw them. Our grandmother loved them. Thank you so much!

Ordered flowers for a friend as a thank you. Totally made her day and they were absolutely gorgeous! I chose the designer's choice option and it turned out so beautiful. Lyn at The Flower Petaler was so helpful, cheerful, and made it so easy to order. Great customer service and they called my friend prior to delivery to help make sure she knew it was on the way. My flowers still look gorgeous a week later. LOVED them at delivery; gorgeous traditional style. **I’m picky; worked at a very high end florist here in KC for years (Director of Communication not a designer) and these roses were stunning!! Thank you for such amazing quality. The delivery driver was so kind too!! I’m a big fan!

I have gotten flowers from The Flower Petaler for many years for my girlfriend so we knew we wanted to use them for sure when we got married which we did recently. Alison absolutely loved her wedding bouquet and all the flowers that played a part in our wedding day. We can't recommend Lynn and The Flower Petaler highly enough for weddings or any occassion.

The Flower Petaler is an amazing florist! I order 2-3 bouquets every year for the past 4 years or so and the bouquets are always outstanding. My wife is always impressed, as she should. I mean just look at this bouquet I ordered this year. Supporting a small business instead of a large store has always yielded me beautiful arrangements with better quality. I will continue to order bouquets from her. Just communicate with her and she will do her best to accommodate you. She does go above and beyond, trust she will do her best to meet your request if not exceed it. Thank you so much, my wife loved her wedding anniversary flowers!
